Returning a Product for Warranty
We are unable to process warranty claims without proof of purchase. Your receipt must show that:
The product is still within its warranty period, and
You are the original purchaser.
Products Purchased from a Retailer
If you bought your product from a retailer, please return it directly to the store of purchase. The retailer will handle the warranty process with Sportive on your behalf.
Important Note on Authorised Dealers
Please be aware that the following are not authorised New Zealand dealers:
Rei, Backcountry.com, Amazon, Sunglass Styles, Sunglass Hut, SmartBuySunglass, Snowinn, and eBay.
If your product was purchased through one of these or any other unauthorised seller, Sportive cannot process the warranty. Any warranty issues will need to be raised directly with the seller.

Information for Retailers
All products returned to Sportive for warranty assessment must include a completed Sportive Warranty Form.
All fields on the form must be filled out.
A copy of the customerโs proof of purchase must be attached.
