RETURNING PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS WARRANTY RETURNS WITHOUT A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE SHOWING THE PRODUCT IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY TIME-FRAME AND THAT YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

 

Product Purchased from an authorised NZ Retailer

Product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the point of purchase. The retailer will then process the warranty with Full Tilt on your behalf.

Note: Rei, Backcountry.com, Amazon and Ebay are not authorised NZ dealers. Any warranty issues will have to be raised and dealt with directly with the seller. 


WARRANTY POLICY

 

Thanks for your Full Tilt Boots purchase. Full Tilt warranties are reserved for the original purchaser only. Make sure to keep a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice (Proof of Purchase).

Items will be repaired or replaced if, upon inspection at Sportive, they are found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

In the event an exact product replacement is no longer available, we will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size, and value. This applies to replacement parts as well.

FULL TILT ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Full Tilt warrants its boots to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase at retail.

Full Tilt warrants its accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (180) days from the original date of purchase at retail.

What is covered:

  • Cracked shells
  • Stitching that is pulling out - that is not the result of normal wear and tear
  • Malfunctioning buckles

What is not covered:

  • Any product that has been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way by anyone.
  • Damage due to negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
  • Any product that has had the serial number altered, defaced or removed.
